Why kitty parties need a different catering approach
Kitty party caterers in Jaipur succeed when the food feels generous without overwhelming a living room, terrace or club lounge. Guest lists are usually fixed, timings are shorter than weddings, and hosts often want vegetarian clarity, neat presentation and quick cleanup so the afternoon stays social rather than logistical.
Shree Gajanan Caterers plans compact menus for these gatherings — chaat and snack stations, light lunch buffets, and thali-style comfort when the group prefers a sit-down meal. We quote from headcount, venue constraints and service window. No inflated claims; just a clear inclusions list.
Popular kitty party formats
Afternoon kitty parties often work best with a snack-forward spread: chaat, sandwiches or mini bites, sweets and tea service timed so conversation is not interrupted by a heavy main course. Evening kitty groups may prefer a short dinner buffet with two live counters. Theme lunches can lean Rajasthani or pan-Indian, but spice levels should still suit a mixed adult group.
- Snack and high-tea style service for shorter afternoons
- Compact vegetarian lunch buffets for fixed guest lists
- One live counter to keep interest without crowding the room
- Labelled dishes when dietary preferences vary
- Equipment and crockery that fit apartment or club access

Frequently asked questions
What is a typical kitty party catering guest count?
Most hosts share a fixed list — often smaller than wedding numbers. We size the menu and staffing to the count you provide rather than applying a large-event template.
Can you manage catering inside an apartment?
When access allows. Share details about lifts, serving space and society rules so we can recommend a realistic setup.
Do you offer snack-only packages?
Yes. Many kitty parties need snack and tea service rather than a full dinner. Mention your preferred format when you enquire.
